1. I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

2. WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes, absolutely. We provide tracking for every order once your product is shipped. In certain cases, each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centre.

When you receive your tracking number, if you need checking status and whereabouts of your order, you can go here.

3. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours after order placement for the cancellation policy to be applied before our facility start making your order.

If the item has already shipped, you can return the product in good shape and original seal at your own shipping cost by emailing to shop@glamourideas.com

 4. I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct address information. Notify us immediately via email at shop@glamourideas.com. We can change the address before your order is shipped out. In the case where we are only notified after your goods is shipped out, you will have to pay for the re-shipping cost and we hope you can understand that shipping company charges us for each shipping attempt.

5. MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

As Glamour Ideas products are ‘freshly’ made to order upon your order placement, product damages usually occurs due to mail service mistreatment stage from our past observations.

If this happens to you, please email us at shop@glamourideas.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A picture of the damaged product
  • Description of the damage

Once received, we'll be happy to send out a replacement of the exact same product.
